چکیده

Hydrogen plasma reduction of fluorine doped tin oxide is a beneficial method to form nanodroplets on the sample surface directly in plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition reactor. The formation catalyst droplets crucial initial step for vapor-liquid-solid growth silicon nanowires radial junction solar cells and fuel cell technology. We present an original optical model which allows us trace process soda-lime glass substrate from situ data good agreement with spectroscopic ellipsometry measured before during process. reproduces well phase shift introduced by transition double layer acts as barrier against sodium diffusion. Furthermore, we study real time compare estimated amount produced metallic images scanning electron microscopy. The proposed approach very important real-time monitoring one-pump-down fabrication used grow devices.

Light Trapping on Plasmonic-Photonic Nanostructured Fluorine- Doped Tin Oxide

Plasmonic Au nanoparticles of ∼50−200 nm in diameter were generated via thermally assisted self-assembly from Au films evaporated on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO). A comparative study has been made on the light trapping effects of the plasmonic Au nanoparticles on original FTO and FTO with photonic nanopatterns fabricated using nanoimprint lithography. While strong localized surface plasmon re...

Hydrogen-doped indium oxide/indium tin oxide bilayers for high-efficiency silicon heterojunction solar cells

The front transparent conductive oxide layer is a source of significant optical and electrical losses in silicon heterojunction solar cells because of the trade-off between free-carrier absorption and sheet resistance. We demonstrate that hydrogen-doped indium oxide (IO:H), which has an electron mobility of over 100 cm/V s, reduces these losses compared to traditional, low-mobility transparent ...

Indium Tin Oxide@Carbon Core–Shell Nanowire and Jagged Indium Tin Oxide Nanowire

This paper reports two new indium tin oxide (ITO)-based nanostructures, namely ITO@carbon core-shell nanowire and jagged ITO nanowire. The ITO@carbon core-shell nanowires (~50 nm in diameter, 1-5 μm in length,) were prepared by a chemical vapor deposition process from commercial ITO nanoparticles. A carbon overlayer (~5-10 in thickness) was observed around ITO nanowire core, which was in situ f...

Morphology-Controlled Indium Oxide Nanostructures that Grow Vertically on Fluorine-Doped Tin Oxide

heat treated In2O3 nanowalls using FULLPROF. [1] A Thompson-Cox-Hastings pseudo-Voigt profile function was used to simulate the In2O3 as well as the SnO2 phase resulting from the FTO substrate. Preferred orientation has been taken into account in all refinements. The final Rietveld refinement plots are shown in Figure 2c-d in the main text. The FTO substrate in both patterns showed a strong pre...

Effect of heat treatment temperature on the spin coated fluorine doped tin oxide thin films for solar cell applications

Flourine doped tin oxide thin films have been prepared on glass substrate by spin coating method via sol-gel route. The rheological behavior of the prepared sol solution has been studied by viscosity measurement and from this, the optimum coating period has been investigated and reported. The films have been developed with fixed dopant concentration (F/Sn ratio 7.5 at %), under optimized operat...
